Cancellation Policy

 Guests are requested to settle their balance payment before the commencement of the yacht charter.

 We require at least 72 hours prior notice for any cancellations

 Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled charter will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

 Cancellations received less than the above stated period will incur 100% cancellation fee.

 100% charge will apply to all no-shows.

 The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter in case of adverse weather conditions.

 In the event of cancellation due to weather, the client can choose to reschedule or receive a refund of their deposit.
