Yes. You are welcome to bring your own food, birthday cake, or beverages. The yacht has a Bluetooth speaker but no onboard bar. Outside alcohol is permitted.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. In the event of adverse weather or port authority restrictions, Waterz will reschedule your charter or issue a full refund.

Can the charter be extended beyond 2 hours?
